Connectionists: IJCNN 2007 - Request for Workshop Proposals

The Organizing Committee for the 2007 International
Joint Conference on Neural Networks (IJCNN 2007)
invites proposals for workshops to be held in Orlando,
August 17-18, 2007, following the regular program of
IJCNN 2007.
Workshops can be half-day (4 hours) or full-day (8
hours) in duration. The Committee especially
encourages proposals in active interdisciplinary areas
such as computational neuroscience, cognitive
modeling, neural implants, brain-machine interfaces,
biomorphic & neuromorphic engineering, evolutionary
robotics, situated learning systems, multi-agent
systems, swarms, self-reconfiguring systems,
bioinformatics, etc. Proposals in more traditional
areas of neural networks are also welcome.
1-3 page proposals should be sent electronically to
the Workshops Chair (Ali Minai) at:

by Jan 31, 2007. The format for proposals and other

The proposals will be evaluated competitively, and
notifications of acceptance will be sent by March 1,
2007.
