Connectionists: Announcing new tutorial on conditional random fields

random fields:

It describes linear-chain CRFs, CRFs over general graphs, learning  
with latent variables, and many
implementation concerns that arise when applying CRFs in practice. It  
also presents a case study
of applying a loopy CRF to a practical natural language problem.
