International Comparison of Learning Algorithms: MONK

Dear Connectionists,

Two days ago I announced the forthcoming TR "The MONK's Problems -- A
Performance Comparison of Different Learning Algorithms" on this mailing
list. Since then I spend a significant part of my time in answering
e-mails.  To make things sufficiently clear:

- The final TR will be published in 2-3 weeks.

- I will make the TR available by ftp (Ohio State-archive). The report
  in more than 100 pages in length, and we want send hardcopies only to
  people who cannot access ftp. If you are not able to retrieve it by
  ftp, please feel free to contact me.

_ I also will also copy the "MONK's problems" to the archive.

- If this all is done, I will announce the report again on this list.
