FTP access to connectionists.

A brief note:

If you are accessing the connectionist archives off
b.gp.cs.cmu.edu, the ONLY two directories you wil be able to access are:
        /usr5/connect/connectionists/bibliographies
and
        /usr5/connect/connectionists/archives.
	
Hope this clarifies some to the problems people have been reporting.
