Please refrain from accessing the connectionist archive until
I post a new message with directions on how to do so. CS.CMU
is changing its systems software to allow anonymous ftp, and I 
have to change things to reflect these changes. 

After the change, ftp access will be more convenient.

I expect to have things fixed by Mon 28th.
