I have a small doubt! I think a real-time learning need not be memoryless. As an example (in the context of my work ) I would say that it is possible to evolve a learning rule for a neural network along with the structures. That is, the coevolution of structure and learning is possible. The structures eventually implement a long term memory! ------------------------------------------------------------
