There is an upcoming special issue of the IEEE Transactions on Neural
Networks on Information Theoretic Learning. Interested researchers can
view the call for papers for this special issue at any one of the

The call for papers also appeared in the September 2002 issue of TNN.
The paper submission deadline is March 15th, 2003.
