ICDAR 2003 Competitions and Datasets

 Dear All,

 For ICDAR 2003 (International Conference
 on Document Analysis and Recognition)
 we are running some competitions that
 may be of interest to readers of this
 list.

 The competition areas include cursive
 script recognition, page and table segmentation,
 and various text-in-scene (robust reading)
 problems.

 Some of these competitions have new datasets
 associated with them, which you can download.
