re. double blind reviewing

Double blind reviewing can't, in my view, do any harm. 
If people want it, they should have it. 

On the other hand, it doesn't really address the issue 
of bias. When i was an editor, the most pervasive form 
of bias i encountered was for/against ideas and paradigms. 

Any fair system must take this into account. Double-blind 
reviewing is no guarantee of that.
