Special Session on Support Vector / Kernel Machines at ICONS 2003

Hi

I am trying to put together a special session on Support Vector / Kernel
Machines for the IFAC Conference on Intelligent Control Systems and Signal
Processing (ICONS 2003) to be held in Faro, Portugal in April 2003.

Contributions should be in any of the following areas: dynamical modelling /
identification; non-linear filtering / equalisation; feedback control but
NOT in the general theory of (kernel) machine learning.

If you are interested, please let me have a title/short description by 28
Aug. so I can judge level of interest.

The bad news is that the deadline for full papers is 20 September but I hope
to push that back by ~3 weeks.
