NIPS*2001 student travel awards

Dear connectionists, This is to let you know that the deadline for
applications for student travel awards to attend the NIPS*2001 meeting
in Vancouver is Friday October 12, and the application form is now
available on the NIPS web page,  at www.cs.cmu.edu/Web/Groups/NIPS/
These awards cover travel only.

Graduate students interested in doing volunteer work at the meeting
in exchange for a registration fee waiver should send email to Sid Fels
ssfels at ece.ubc.ca. Only a limited number of openings are available.
