The international journal Integrated Computer-Aided 
Engineering is planing a special issue on Combination of Evolutionary 
Computing and Neural Networks to be published in early 2001. We are 
particularly interested in manuscripts focusing on synergetic 
combination of evolutionary computation and neural networks. Please 
send five copies of your original unpublished manuscript by
