Postdoctoral Position (salary level C1)

Neural Information Processing Group, Department of Computer Science
Technical University of Berlin, Berlin, Germany

A postdoctoral position is available within the NI group at the Technical
University of Berlin, Germany, beginning Oct. 1st 2000. The position is
initially for a duration of three years, but an extension up to six years is
possible.

The successful candidate may choose between the following research areas:

- computational models of visual cortex 
- theory of unsupervised learning
- analysis of functional imaging data

Teaching duties include 4 hours tutoring per week (in German) during the winter
and summer terms, i.e. the successful candidate must be fluent in the
German language.
