IJCNN'2000: Call for Special Sessions

Proposals for special sessions for IJCNN 2000 are solicited.

Special sessions consist of three to five papers related to neural 
networks or related area.  Proposals are due on December 31, 1999 and 
must include

1. The title of the special session and a one paragraph summary 
   describing the session's themes.

2. The names, affiliations and e-mail of the organizers of the special
   session with identification of one of these individuals as the 
   contact person.

3. A list of papers including (a) authors (b) author affiliation and 
   e-mail and (c) paper title

4. A statement from the session organizer that (a) the authors have 
   been contacted and agree to write the paper and (b) at least one 
   author per paper will register and attend IJCNN2000 to present the 
   paper (the registration is due by 30 April 2000 to guarantee 
   inclusion of the paper in the proceedings - see the detailed 
   conditions in the conference Call for Papers on the conference web 
   site).

Final papers for publication in the conference record will be due on
January 31, 2000.
