is an additional post intended to strengthen the Department's
research group in this area. There are already 6 promoted 
academics in this area which covers the groups involved in
Artificial Neural Networks
Statistical Signal Processing
Applied Artificial Intelligence
Artificial Life

You should have a substantial track record of publications
and be able to demonstrate leadership in research for this post.

There are also three posts at the Lecturer/Senior Lecturer level.
Candidates for the Senior Lecturer post should also be able to 
demonstrate substantial research in this area or in Information
Systems.
Senior Lecturer Salary Scale : 26146 to 33798 pa (award pending)
  Lecturer Salary Scale : 15885 to 28507 pa (award pending)
