Student Travel Grants for Attending IJCNN'99

In case you are not yet aware, the IEEE Neural Network Council has a
Student Travel Grant Program, to assist students presenting papers at
IEEE NNC sponsored conferences, including this year's IJCNN to be held
in Washington DC, during July 10-16, 1999. The deadline for application
