RUMBAat RUTGERS UNIVERSITY Newark Campus the Rutgers Mind/Brain
Analysis (RUMBA) Project anticpates making several POSTDOCTORAL postions
which are available in the Fall 99. These positions run for minimum 2
years and will be in the areas of specialization of cognitive
neuroscience and connectionist modeling with applications to recurrent
networks, image processing and functional brain imaging. The Rutgers
Psychology Department has made several appointments in this area in the
last few years and has access to two 1.5T magnets and is in process of
acquiring a head-only 3T Magnet for cognitive neuroscience research.
Review of applications will occur on June 10th, 1999, but will continue
to be accepted until all positions are filled.

FELLOWSHIPS. Fall 99 The graduate program in COGNITIVE SCIENCE and
COGNITIVE NEUROSCIENCE seeks students for FALL 99. Interested applicants
from Psychology, Computer Science or Cognitive Science undergrad
programs are encouraged to apply. These fellowships are competitive and
provide comprehensive training in computation, neuro-imaging and
cognitive science/perception research.
