Researcher
A position in the research group at Pavilion is currently available.  The   
successful candidate will be expected to take a leadership role in the
design and development of new modeling and control software.  Therefore,   
the candidate is required to have a research background in modeling and   
control.   Familiarity with neural network algorithms is also required.   

 Research experience in continuous optimization or model predictive
control is a plus.  A Masters or Ph.D. degree in engineering, computer
science, physics, mathematics or operations research is required.
Because the candidate will be designing new products, strong software
design skills with experience in C++ is needed.  Experience with Visual   
Basic, COM, Windows programming is also a plus.  The successful candidate   
must be self-motivated, a team player and have strong communication
skills.
