Matlab RBF package

Dear Connectionists,

A updated version of my Matlab software package for RBF networks
is available at

  http://www.anc.ed.ac.uk/~mjo/rbf.html

The methods based on ridge regression and forward selection have
been improved with the addition of a mechanism for adapting the
basis function widths and there are two new methods based on
Kubat's idea of using regression trees to set the centres
and widths.
