ICANN 99 Submission Deadline - Extended

ICANN 99, the annual conference of the European Neural Network Society
held in conjunction with the IEE conference on Artificial Neural
Networks, is taking place in Edinburgh, UK, from 07-10 September 1999.

Due to numerous requests for bringing the ICANN 99 submission procedure
into alignment with earlier years, the deadline for submissions has
been revised to Friday 12 March 1999.
