RUTGERS-NEWARK JUNIOR POSITION in COG SCI/COG NEURO

The Department of Psychology of Rutgers University-Newark Campus
anticipates making ONE tenure-track appointment in Cognitive Science or
Cognitive Neuroscience at the Assistant Professor level. The Psychology
Department has made three related appointments in the last two years and
is expanding rapidly in this area. Candidates should have an active
research program in memory, learning, categorization, attention, action,
high-level vision or language.  Particular interest will exist in
candidates that combine one or more of the research interests above with
FUNCTIONAL IMAGING (e.g. fMRI. PET, or ERP). Psychology has an ongoing
affiliation/collaboration with UMDNJ fMRI laboratory.  Review of
applications will begin on January 8, 1999 but will continue to be
accepted until the position is filled.
