			Neural Computing Surveys
			  solicits collections

In addition to regular survey papers, the e-journal NCS solicits manuscripts
of a second kind: /collections/. Collections are to comprise of a set of
consistently formulated and formatted items on some subarea of neural
computing or related fields. Each item is to be presented succintly.
Collections are expected to be exhaustive in coverage on the topic they
serve, and are intended to provide a quick way for readers to check what all
is known on the topic. Collections may range in length from very short (a
few pages) to long, depending on the nature of the topic covered.

Examples:

Annotated bibliography on pruning algorithms for feedforward nets
Collection of VC dimension results on neural nets
Collection of neural activation functions used in ANNs
Collection of learning rules used in associative memories
Bibliography on self-organizing maps
Collection of Lyapunov functions used in recurrent nets
