Stereo Images with Ground Truth for Benchmarking
At the University of Bonn, a synthetic byt realistic stereo image pair
has been generated together with ground truth disparity and occlusion
maps. They are shown on the following web-page:
http://www-dbv.cs.uni-bonn.de/~ft/stereo.html
The stereo images and the ground truth maps can be employed to benchmark
the performance of different stereo matching techniques. Every interested
stereo-researcher is invited to use their matching technique to compute a
dense disparity map for these images. I will then evaluate all contributed
results and compare them with regard to their precision and reliability.
