Invited session in KES'98

Dear colleagues,

      I was asked to organize one session at the SECOND INTERNATIONAL
CONFERENCE ON KNOWLEDGE-BASED INTELLIGENT ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS (KES'98),
21st - 23rd April 1998, ADELAIDE, Australia.

The title of the session is:

"Hardware Implementation of Neural Networks."

I encourage you to submit papers concerning microelectronic or optical
implementation of neural networks.  Experimental systems as well as
commercially available systems in the following fields are welcome:

* Learning and Classification
* Feature Extraction and Dimension Reduction
* Self-organization and Clustering
* Principal Component Analysis and Independent Component Analysis
* Associative Memory and Constraint Processings
* Sensory Processings
* Fault Tolerance in Hardware Neural Networks

SUBMISSION OF PAPERS must be done according to the following rules:
* Papers must be written in English (5 to 10 pages maximum).
* Paper presentation is about 20 minutes each including questions and
discussions.
* Include corresponding author with full name, address, telephone and
fax numbers, E-Mail address.
* Include presenter address and his/her 4 line resume for introduction
purposes only.
* Fax or E-Mail copies are not acceptable.
* The conference proceedings will be published by IEEE, U.S.A.
* Please submit one original and three copies of the camera ready
paper (A4 size), two column format in Times or similar font style, 10
points with one inch margin on all four sides for review to:
