Papers and Java demo available

Yesterday, I announced the availability of preprints for two papers:
`Hyperparameter Selection for Self-Organizing Maps' 
and 
`Topology Selection for Self-Organizing Maps'.

However, some people notified me that the postscript files could not 
be viewed by a postscript-viewer. Then, I found an error in converting 
their sources to the postscript files. Now I fixed the error and put the 
new files on the same position:

In addition, I put the same compressed postscript files on an anonymous 
ftp site:
