NEW: IEEE Neural Networks Council's Homepage

Dear colleagues,

The IEEE Neural Networks Council (NNC) has recently established a Homepage
on the World Wide Web. The homepage provides for instant information
concerning conferences (both IEEE and non-IEEE), publications, research
programs, and NNC administration. The homepage can be viewed (best using
the Netscape browser), at

			http://www.ieee.org/nnc

We are constantly seeking information on conferences with a neural network
component, as well as information on computational intelligence research
programs worldwide. The homepage is updated every two weeks.

It is our aim to ensure a a high degree of reliability for the homepage,
both in terms of connection to it, and accuracy of its contents, and to be
responsive and prompt to comments and suggestions by users and IEEE members
regarding changes. If you have information which you would like included in
the homepage, or simply have a comment or recommendation regarding it,
please contact:
