Problems printing French's sequential learning paper

A number of people have had trouble printing my file "Interactive
Tandem Networks and the Problem of Sequential Learning" which
was announced yesterday.  The problem, for those who have already
retreived the file, is an extraneous ^D at the beginning and end
of the file. (Thanks Guszti Bartfai, Victoria Univ. of Wellington,
for pointing out the problem and the fix.)  Unfortunately, the file 
was test-printed by two friends who printed it through Ghostview 
(it views and prints just fine through Ghostview).  So, if you find 
reading postscript dumps sort of tedious, either remove the ^D from 
the very beginning and end of the ps file or retrieve the file again
from cogsci.indiana.edu (see below).  I have fixed the problem.  
Sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused people.
