Neural network transfer web page

Hi all!

Per a recent discussion on connectionists, I have started a web
page for pointers to neural network transfer.

Right now, this page just contains the text of that discussion,
along with pointers to all of my papers on transfer.

I would be delighted to add pointers to others' papers on transfer
to this web page.  Just send me the ftp or www address, along with
relevant bibliographic information, thanks!  I think that this can
become an important resource for those of us who are interested in
this important subject area.
