NIPS*94 proceedings

This is to announce a change of publisher for the
proceedings of NIPS*94.  The proceedings will be
published by MIT Press.  All conference attendees
will receive a free copy of the proceedings.  (Attendees
whose mailing address has changed since they registered
for the meeting should send their new address to
