Neural Technologies Limited is the leading UK company working in the
application and exploitation of neural computing across a wide range of

NEURAL SCIENTIST
Required skills:
· well versed in neural network algorithm development and their practical
application
· MUST be fluent in C or C++ within the PC environment
· good general presentation skills
· experience in the following would also be appreciated:
· knowledge of conventional statistics
· signal processing techniques [speech, vision. . .]
· application domains [data base analysis, machine health monitoring . . .]
· AI techniques and KBS
· system level integration [DSP, neural accelerators. . .]
· Visual C++ and MFC for Windows
All candidates should be working be at a practical research level or have
extensive industrial experience. A keen view to the commercial realities
of working within a small, but fast growing, company is required.
Neural Engineer
Required skills:
· knowledge of practical application of neural networks and general data
analysis
· MUST be fluent in C or C++ within the PC environment
· good general communication and presentation skills
· experience in the following would also be appreciated:
· knowledge of conventional statistics
· signal processing techniques [speech, vision. . .]
· application domains [data base analysis, machine health monitoring . . .]
· AI techniques and KBS
· system level integration [DSP, neural accelerators. . .]
· Visual C++ and MFC for Windows
All candidates should have practical experience of using a variety of
neural computing techniques applied to real problem domains. A keen view
to the commercial realities of working within a small, but fast growing,
company is required.
Software Engineer
Required skills:
· Mature development skills in the PC Windows environment
Visual C++ with MFC for Windows
· Experience in working to rigorous quality procedures
ISO9000 or equivalent
· Experience of the following areas would also be beneficial:
· Graphics Server
· Spread/VBX++
· HDK (on-line help compiler)
All candidates should have been working within the software industry for
a period of at least 1-2 years and be able to demonstrate skills and
successes in Windows software development.
Senior Data Analyst / Team Leader
Our continued growth has lead to the requirement of a Senior Data Analyst /
Team Leader to help in both internal project development and customer
bespoke solutions.
Required skills:
· Statistical background:
e.g. regression analysis
neural methods useful
· Team leadership on large projects utilising up-to-date development
methods
Ideally with the experience of 2-3 engineers reporting directly to you
working on a number of projects simultaneously
· Experience in working to rigorous quality procedures
ISO9000 or equivalent
· Experience of the following areas would also be essential:
· experience in report writing
· presentation preparation
· excellent inter-personal skills
· Experience of the following areas would also be beneficial:
· training of personnel
All candidates should have been working within the IT industry for a
period of 3-5 years and be able to demonstrate skills and successes in
both data analysis and leadership of project teams.
