Dynamic Binding

1. It is unclear to me from your message how you plan to use the dynamic
binding (formed at the hidden layer of your autoassociator) to do
some reasoning or whatever.

The point of doing dynamic binding is to be able to use the binding in
other processing tasks, for example, high level reasoning, especially
in rule-based (or rule-like) reasoning. In such reasoning, bindings
are constructed and deconstructed, passed around, checked against
some constraints, and unbound or rebound to something else.
Simply forming an association is NOT the point.

2.  There are a variety of existing methods for dynamic binding;
phase synchronizatrion is just one of them, and definitely not
the simplest one possible. As a matter of fact, the sign (or signature)
propagation method can easily handle that, and it can also simulate phase
synchronization without the need for temporal properties as in the nodes
using phase synchronization.
