LTP/LTD models

Hi Jean-Marc,
have a look at last year's issues of Neural Computation. There is a paper
by Bill Philips and his colleagues (can't remember all the names) on learning
rules in general, and they also compare the rule derived from Artola, Broecher,
and Singer's paper in Nature on LTD/LTP in rat striate cortex (vdM should
know about that one, also 1st half of 1991, I think) with all the others and
show that it is best.
