Neuro-evolution is a forum for discussion of technical issues relating
to using genetic algorithms (GAs) and evolutionary approachs for the
design of artificial neural networks.  Other GA/ANN topics are also
welcome.  Postings of abstracts, notices of availability of tech
reports and papers, references, general discussion, and the like are
welcome.
