V and V database

Dear Connectionists,

I am compiling a database of references in the area of `Validation
and Verification of Neural Nets'. This is part of a Government 
sponsored Technology Transfer activity in the UK through the LINNET
Neural Network Club. I would appreciate your contributions, and can 
make the reference list available to the connectionists net.
