paper request

I am interested on findind the following article of 
Cybenco, C. (1988): "Approximation by Superpositions 
of a Sigmoidal Function"; and an other about the 
implementation of functions with neural networks.

I am also trying to find a probably unpublished paper 
of E.F. Moore: "Counter-Example to a Conjeture of 
McCluskey and Paull" (1957).
