a note about etiquette

If I may add one small request to the etiquette message:
 
PLEASE put your email address somewhere in your posting.  
 
Our mailer gets confused with these messages and strips the sender's
address, so If I want to respond to the author, I have to guess.  Yes,
I know, it's our mailer's fault (look at the path this message had to
follow), but some things are too hard to change quickly ("you want us
to spend money on _what_????").
