I can do that, although I am not the person you intended. I know because I justt applied to grad school there (although I am going somewhere else).

Do he following:

1. Call the psych dept
2. Ask to speak to any professor.
3. Ask the professor who in the psych dept. is doing 
connectionism. I fhe doesn't know, ask who is in the cognitive
science area. Then ask that person how to get in touch with connectionists at the university. 
4. This method is garaunteed to work.
