CogSci Deadline addendum

There is a "no revisions" stipulation that goes along with the 
March 15 CogSci Conference paper submission deadline.  Below a 
message I received from Massimo Piattelli-Palmarini (Nov. 21):

> We have received a number of such protests. In the next few days all
> members will receive a new deadline communication. The new deadline
> is March 15, but then there will be no revisions for the accepted
> papers. And these must be submitted by that date as photo-ready.
> I am sorry, but the organizers of last year's meeting had a lot
> of difficulties in meeting the publisher's deadline and have the
> Proceedings ready at the meeting. They could do it, I am told,
> only because by sheer good luck the printer happened to be located
> at Ann Arbor. With the new deadlines, which were decided upon only
> three days ago, there is enough time to go to print.
