Desire Fukushima Network Simulator

Dear All:
	I would like to investigate the work of Kazuhiko Fukushima more
fully by duplicating his experiments as closely as possible.  If anyone
knows of the existence of a working simulator for his 'neocognitron' model,
I would appreciate receiving information about it.  Naturally, source code
would be of inestimable value.  Thanks.
