RIP on June 30th RHEL 7 and Python 2

It is official IBM is pulling a plug on RHEL 7 and Python 2. All scripts
and servers should be converted to RHEL 8 and Python 3 or shutdown by June
30th of this year. RHEL is yet to be approved for use in most government
agencies but we have been using it for since its release in June of 2022.
