lov5 and lov6 are down

Dear Autonians,

I was correct about the unclear file system. Instead of fixing 10 year old
HDDs I put in the new ones and installed the latest RHEL 9.1. The computing
nodes are not quite finished yet. I hope to make some progress tonight.
Adding scratch drives will have to wait until Wednesday at earliest.
