LOV 4 and LOV8 down

Dear Autonians,

Lov8 is refusing to reboot due to the faulty HDD used for scratch
directories. I am at CMU right now but not sure if I will be able to fix it
tonight.

LOV4 is down reported without electricity. LOV4 is one of the oldest
servers in the lab originally provisioned by Kyle Miller before I came to
the Lab. Best case scenario for LOV4 is a dead power supply which is 5
minutes fix. If it is a dead motherboard the server will have to be trashed
as it is older than 10 years.
