Dear Autonians,

The shell gateway lion.auton.cs.cmu.edu is decommissioned due to faulty
hardware. I replaced it with a new shell gateway

upload.autonlab.org  SHA256:oe00OEWRq8QneX+NEzMVQV/++1H3Hywy/VjCXqaurh4

The documentation is updated accordingly. I apologize for any
inconvenience. Make sure you clear your ~/.ssh/known_hosts file before
reporting problems.
