healthcare projects, this data repository from the UK might be of interest:

It includes the CRASH-2 Dataset of 20k patients used to establish efficacy
of Antifibrinolytic agents like Tranexamic acid on adverse outcomes like,
Death, Shock, Cardiac Arrest, thrombosis etc.
