Dear Autonians,

This is another proud moment for the Lab as the brainchild of the Auton
research team efforts has reached its 10th anniversary as a product.

It has been actively used by a growing number of users across the globe and
it has made tremendous impact on reducing one of the ugliest challenges
plaguing our societies.

Many returns to Traffic Jam and congratulations to everyone involved in
making it so successful!

Artur

Dear Artur,

As we come toward the end of another pandemic influenced year, on behalf of
my team, I am writing to you, our supporters and those who stand against
human trafficking, to say thank you for your support and for the role you
play in defending against modern day slavery. For our team, it is a daily
motivation to deliver technology in service to the frontline workers for
our collective mission.

We are thankful to also share with you the recent reaching of a milestone
for our company. This month marks the tenth anniversary of Traffic Jam,
which began as an academic prototype in the Fall of 2011 at Carnegie Mellon
University. From the inception of Traffic Jam and the founding of our
company a decade ago, we have been on a sustainable journey of innovation
which has seen us expand from a United States focused prototype of the
tool, through its full desktop and mobile deployment, to increased
internationalization and coverage for many more clients in jurisdictions in
multiple countries. Along the way, we have been also been fortunate to
receive recognition and generous support for our social impact work from
the U.S. National Science Foundation Small Business Innovation Research
funding stream and the AI XPRIZE, which awarded us 3rd Prize this past
summer after four years and amid 150 competing entities.

As we look to the future, we know that the world is entering a new era of
challenge and opportunity for public safety. Criminal activity is moving
online and being facilitated by new technology more creatively than ever
before. In that context, we are focusing our resources on multiple key
priorities in the further development and deployment of features in Traffic
Jam.

We know that you, like us, play a role in the public response. Our
commitment to the mission today is Marinus Analytics will continue to
support frontline workers in this mission with technology tools and support
in the decade ahead and provide and share awareness and educational
materials to empower people like you to join the fight against human
trafficking. In 2022, we will also continue to increase our presence, and
level of client support and advice, across the US, UK, Canada and beyond so
we can work even more closely with frontline workers to defeat the
traffickers, detect and disrupt organized crime, and identify and safeguard
vulnerable victims.

Wishing you health and safety.

Kindest regards,
Cara Jones
