gpu22 and gpu23 added to the cluster

Dear Autonians,

I just completed provisioning of the two newest additions to our cluster
gpu22 and gpu23 recently purchased by Dr. Dubrawski funding. These are
monster machines with identical specification to gpu20 and gpu21.

		CPU cores	RAM		GPU cards
gpu22           40              192             4xTesla V100 SXM2
gpu23           40              192             4xTesla V100 SXM2

CUDA is 11.0. I did add CuDNN library. /opt/miniconda-py38 is Python
location.
