Rack swap status update

Dear Autonians,

LOV6 is up and running. Xen1 (lop2) is in the rack but I can't ping it. I
will attach the console as soon as I finish my weekly status update with
Dr. Dubrawski.

FYI LOV[10-13] are in the server rack and power up. I am not sure I will
have time to provision them today. There is just too much work left from
the server rack swap.
