Requesting users to kindly free-up resources once the runs are done!

Hi Auton Users,

I hope everyone is doing well and staying safe and healthy. I have found on
a few GPUs that there are certain jobs that have been running for more than
2-3 weeks. I request you to kindly free-up the resources and not let them
run for over weeks so that we can efficiently use the shared resources.
