GPU3 scratch directory is full

Dear Autonians,

Somebody filled entire scratch directory. This renders server less
useful for all of us. Please let me know if you are the one who did it
so that I can try to clean things up a bit (for most part commands are
no longer running on the home directory). Otherwise I will rm -rf all
directories and just recreate them. Note that important data should
have never been stored on the scratch.
