Disk I/O error

Hi,

Since yesterday I've been getting the error below (on CPU, GPU nodes and
lake) when I start ipython. Has anybody run into the same thing, or do you
have ideas how it can be fixed? I did try deleting the file.

    [TerminalIPythonApp] ERROR | Failed to open SQLite history
/zfsauton/home/eyolcu/.ipython/profile_default/history.sqlite (disk I/O
error).
    [TerminalIPythonApp] ERROR | History file was moved to
/zfsauton/home/eyolcu/.ipython/profile_default/history-corrupt.sqlite and a
new file created.
